Two timeslots available: Sat 11th Jan 830am Weds 15th Jan 530pm (please select the date you wish to start in the calender of the booking section. This will be your session time for the four weeks) Glow Yoga: Sacred Feminine is a transformative four-week journey designed to deepen your connection to your sacred feminine energy through yoga, breathwork, mudra, mantra, meditation, live serene sounds, and aromatherapy. This journey invites women of all levels to explore and embrace the power and wisdom of the divine feminine within, offering a sacred space for self-care, healing, and empowerment. We will gather each week beginning on Sat 11th Jan at 830am for four weeks, with each session running for 75mins. Each session will guide you through a nurturing practice that connects you to your body, mind, and spirit, helping you cultivate a deeper sense of self-love, inner strength, and balance. All mats and props are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. With limited spaces, each class will be intimate, ensuring you receive the attention and support you need on your journey. For added convenience, a private Facebook group is included, offering access to live-streamed class recordings for playback, ensuring you can stay connected even if you're unable to attend in person. Being in touch with your sacred feminine is essential for every woman. It is a powerful force that honors your intuition, creativity, and inner wisdom.
