Hi, I’m Rach – a mother of four, Midwife, Yoga Teacher, Reiki healer, Artist, Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Womens Circle Facilitator and soon-to-be Relationship Coach.

 

With 10 years of experience teaching yoga (including pre and postnatal), I’m deeply passionate about supporting and empowering women to connect with their sacred feminine, embrace their inner goddess, and remember their strength and wisdom.

 

As a triple Cancerian in astrology, I bring nurturing, empathy, and intuition to everything I do, creating a safe, supportive space for women to heal, grow, and thrive. I’m also a Manifestor in Human Design, which means I am here to spark new ideas and inspire transformation, often trusting my instincts to guide me, paired with my 1/4 profile, drives me to initiate positive change and inspire others to step into their own power, while seeking deep knowledge and understanding.

I am a lover of the moon, the ocean, holistic healing, crystals, and spirituality, drawing wisdom and strength from these elements. While my role as a mother of four means I can currently teach yoga only two days a week, every class is an opportunity for me to share my heart and guide women toward greater self-awareness and empowerment.

 

Whether through yoga, my Enchant evenings, or the sacred space of women’s circles, I am here to support you in remembering your value, worth, and divine feminine power.
